Happy New Year from us all at Sonning Flowers! We are back in our Reading Flower Shop, refreshed and ready for what 2021 has in store for us! Although our flower shop doors remain closed in line with government guidance, our florists are busy behind the scenes. We continue to have fresh flower deliveries to our flower shop and there are definitely signs of spring in the air!  

 With a New Year, we thought what better opportunity to let you know abit more about our flower shop in Reading and the services we offer.  

 Our Reading Flower Shop

 We began trading in 2004 and have had our roots firmly based in Reading for some time now. Our flower shop always has a large range of fresh seasonal flowers. Our florists love making classic, seasonal and bespoke floral gift bouquets for you and there is always the option to purchase our fresh flowers by the stem. We deliver our fresh seasonal bouquets in and around central Reading, Tilehurst, Theale, Pangbourne, Caversham, Emmer Green, Henley, Shiplake, Sonning, Sonning Common, Woodley, Wargrave, Twyford, Winnersh,  Earley, Lower Earley, Aborfield, Spencers Wood, Three Mile Cross and Shinfield. We also offer nationwide delivery of our flower bouquets.

The Sonning Flowers webshop includes our Classic Range of bouquets.  We have also recently added our Valentines Collection.

Are you getting married?

Congratulations on your engagement! Until further notice, we will continue to hold our wedding consultations via Zoom and you can get in touch with our wedding co-ordinator Emma here to book an initial consultation.

Emma will help guide you through our comprehensive wedding portfolio and give you tips and advice on choosing your perfect wedding flowers.

During the past year, we have created some wonderful floral arrangements for small and intimate weddings which we hope may provide you with some inspiration.

To Say Goodbye

We also have a portfolio of sympathy arrangements for you to choose from.  Bespoke funeral arrangements can be made by our florists from our Reading Flower Shop.  Please contact us for more information.

Virtual Courses

Our virtual Spring Courses are now live on our webshop.

Feedback from last year’s courses has been so overwhelmingly positive that we have decided to run more virtual flower courses in 2021! If you would like to book a private virtual flower course for you and a group of friends, please contact us directly to arrange a date and time.

The Winner of our Christmas Wreath Making Competition

We had so many entries into our Christmas Wreath competition and we loved seeing all your photos of your finished wreaths! 

We particularly loved Steph’s wreath and the textures. We couldn’t believe she managed to make one this big with only the materials we provided!

It just goes to show that spreading all foliage evenly around the base and ensuring your decorations cover each area of the wreath can create a real show stopper!

Sonning Flowers is an independent business which has been trading for 17 years and during that time has built a fantastic reputation for providing breathtaking quality, seasonal flowers in and around Reading and nationwide.
