The busy Wedding season is here and we just love this time of year. As an award winning wedding florist we supply Wedding Florals to lucky couples at many of the stunning wedding venues around the area. We work across Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey and are frequently (but not exclusively!) found at the below beautiful venues…
Our Simple and Personal Process
From initial ideas to fully fledged floral creations for your special day, we will help, inspire and guide you throughout…
- First you can show your interest by enquiring on our website https://www.sonningflowers.com/weddings/
- Then fuel your inspiration using our brochures & complete an initial questionnaire to help us understand your ideas and overall vision for the day
- Then your first Consultation will be via Zoom to discuss the initial ideas. At this stage we’ll talk through your vision, sharing images to inspire and help visualise the ‘look’
- After this we’ll get an initial quote and Moodboard prepared and emailed across
- If you’re happy with what you see we’ll get start by Booking your Wedding Date in our diary (you can secure this by sending across the security deposit)
- They’ll be plenty of opportunities for catching up and making amendments to your quote and moodboard. We understand that things might change, that’s why our quotes and moodboards are very flexible and the team are happy to make amendments when needed. However, any modifications to your order after sending us the deposit must stay within 25% of the order you wished to proceed with when booking us, so it’s important to bear this in mind when considering budgets.
- Then it’s Final Run Through Time (usually 3-4 months before your wedding date)! This is the perfect opportunity for us to clarify flower types, colours and the finer details of your wedding florals. If you decide to visit our workshop for your final run through, we would be happy to show you the hardware we plan on using and order in some of the blooms for your wedding so you can see them in person.
Your Wedding Day
You’ve got lots to think about today! So we’ll arrive at the venue at the agreed time, delivering the Bridal/Personal Flowers. Then we’ll crack on creating floral magic for the ceremony and reception, all before you walk down the aisle to say ‘I do!’.
Our very popular turnaround service includes moving items from the ceremony to the reception to ensure the floral creations get used to their full effect throughout your special day.
Married life begins… and we return to the venue the next day to collect all of our hardware/hire items. All the flowers used within the wedding are yours to take home and enjoy!
